When will my package be shipped?
Since time frames vary depending on destination, the most accurate estimate is provided in the shipping confirmation. The tracking information generally becomes available when your order has been processed. It takes up to 48 hours to process your order. We only process orders on normal business days (excluding national holidays). If your order is placed over a weekend or on a national holiday, it will start processing on the next business day. You can use the tracking number from the initial email you received once your order processed to verify when your package has been shipped from the carrier you selected at checkout.

How do I track my package?
We use USPS and UPS to ship our packages. Each package comes with its own personal tracking number from whichever carrier is selected at checkout. You will receive an email indicating your shipping label has been printed during processing. Orders typically ship 1 to 2 business days after processing, in which you can track your package at usps.com or ups.com also.
